工作原理：

2/烤漆时工作原理：静止加热，关闭风机，打开加热开关加热，红外就像微波炉一样有里及外的固化漆涂层。因此避免了对流和传导式烤漆房由外及里地固化漆吐层造成内里水分及溶剂通过已固化的吐层表面挥发引起的气孔，气泡等缺陷。红外辐射几乎对空气不加温，因此加热初期空气基本静止，避免了因热气流动造成漆面二次污染。温度达到预定温度时停止加热，当温度下降到设定温度以下1～2℃时，远红外加热器自动开机，使烤房内温度保持恒定。最后当烤漆时间达到设定的时间时，烤房自动关机，烤漆结束。烤漆时具有自动升温、恒温定时、定时关机等。
