静电喷涂技术利用静电原理来对工件进行表面处理，因此整个粉末喷涂工艺也需要一套完整的粉末喷涂设备来实施。根据粉末的喷涂方式以及粉末材料本身的可回收性。通常意义上所讲的粉末喷涂设备包括了粉末静电喷枪（喷枪控制装置），回收装置，粉房以及供粉装置等。这几种装置的结合使用，使得整个粉末喷涂的工艺能够形成一个完整的循环过程。如右下图所示，粉末通过喷枪喷到工件上，通过回收装置回收过喷或者未曾吸附到工件上的粉末，将这部分粉末输送送到供粉装置中筛选后重新供给喷枪进行循环使用。粉末静电喷枪：依靠高压静电将粉末“输送”到待喷工件上去，它的静电性能以及空气动力性能直接影响了粉末的一次上粉率以及膜厚控制。

粉末涂装的特点：
The characteristics of the powder coating:
（1）涂料中不含溶剂，无需稀释和调整粘度，改善了劳动条件和减少了火灾的危险，有利于保护环境。
